I'm a smoker - do you mind if I smoke... ?For the comfort of our other guests I'm afraid the answer is no - we don't allow smoking in our homes. We do not object to smoking around the pool area but not in the house itself. An additional cleaning cost will be charged to any guests who do not adhere to this rule. Back to Top
How do I make a booking ... ?First of all you need to ensure we have availability by checking our online calendars. Then simply follow the links to book online and pay your deposit - simple as that! We accept Visa and Mastercard (plus one or two others) which will guarantee your booking. Alternatively you can send a US$ cheque direct to our bank in Orlando or a UK£ cheque direct to us in the UK. ON NO ACCOUNT SHOULD CREDIT CARD DETAILS BE SENT BY EMAIL. Back to Top
Do you have a BBQ ... ?I'm afraid not and we don't allow them for safety reasons. We have even heard stories of them being used in the garage!!! Back to Top
Do we really need a car ... ?Well no but we do advise it. The alternatives are lots of taxis or there is also a fairly reasonable chauffeur service with a car on call just for you! A Taxi from the airport will cost you around $60 - $70. Back to Top
What credit cards do you accept ... ?Pretty much everything via PayPal. PayPal is used the world over for sending money via the Internet and is very secure. Unfortunately we have to add a charge for payment by PaPal - normally around 4.2%. Back to Top

Do you accept part week bookings...?Yes we do. You can book for any number of days however for bookings of 4 nights or less we do have to ask for a additional fee to cover the cost of cleaning. Back to Top
What is the size of the home..?Our Indian Creek home is 2200 sq ft. Wildflower Ridge is 2209 sq ft. Back to Top
How close are you to shops and restaurants..?Our homes are just minutes by car away from bars, restaurants, fast food outlets, supermarkets and shops. Both are around 10 minutes from the Premier Outlet Mall for real bargains on designer clothes and accessories. Back to Top
